We provide secure access to linked data from more than 20 UK Longitudinal Population Studies.

We are currently transitioning from a COVID-19 resource to a general purpose research resource. If you are interested in applying for a COVID-19 research project, please complete an Expression of Interest (EOI). If you are interested in applying for a general purpose research project please email us at access@ukllc.ac.uk.

Our Trusted Research Environment (TRE) contains more than 325,000 participants from Longitudinal Population Study (LPS) across the four UK nations. This includes some of the earliest LPS established, with decades of self-reported and clinical data. We link LPS data with health, administrative socio-economic, demographic and place-based data.

Teams of accredited researchers access the TRE securely and remotely, enabling them to work together at pace to conduct research for the public good.

Researchers active in the TRE may request support from the Data Team and are invited to join our online Analyst Group meetings.
